Exponential Academy Oslo, Norway
Nov 15, 2018
The job will be to be responsible for marketing and communication. Being a part of taking strategic decisions, setting up plans and executing within that field. The person will gain a lot of trust, liberty and responsibility and will have to take ownership and be self-driven. General task could be setting up a web site, generating interviews and keeping a good communication flow through our channels.  In general we are looking for people who are self-driven, like to work in team and manage to work by them self when needed. I love to have fun as long as we are able to focus on the tasks ahead and deliver on them. Communication is also a key for any team and is fundamental for being able to succeed together. Being a hard working person is a good thing but being brave enough to dare to try new solutions and focus on the things that matter is much more important. You have to dare to go out of your comfort zone when it comes to taking responsibility and choices within your areas of the organisation. Together as a team, this is not too difficult. However, it demands that you are willing to try again and again. Even if you feel like you are failing - when in fact you are learning the hard way. We like people with good intentions and an inner drive to contribute to the team and to take their part of the load. Now we are a small company, but we are growing our organisation the coming year with many opportunities for people who show that they deserve it.
