Role Description

We are looking for a self-starter, young, highly ambitious hustler to accelerate our growth. The Inside Sales Agent is responsible for managing the pre-sales consultative selling process from initial contact with clients to introduction to a Real Estate Agent. You will also collaborate on the rest of the sales process with Real Estate Agents until the closed deal. You will be responsible to generate your own leads on top of handling those coming directly to our website. You will consult and advise clients about there sale/lease (one of the most important financial decision of a lifetime), assist them in selecting there perfect Real Estate Agent and follow up with both the clients and agents until they end up closing a deal.

Recruiting Process

Salary: SGD 2,500 – 4,000 base salary depending on profile + uncapped commissions + stock options.

  • Manage the pre-sales process and collaborate with Real Estate Agents in the entire sales process
  • Research and direct-call 40+ prospective sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants per day
  • Provide advises with lots of substance and introduce the services of Propseller
  • Qualify leads and book meeting with a Real Estate Agent
  • Follow-up to ensure that transactions ultimately close
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Represent Propseller with top-level professionalism
  • Drive Propseller revenue growth by over-achieving KPIs and milestones

  • 1+ year of Inside Sales or Real Estate experience
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
  • Exceptional poise and presence on the phone
  • The drive to maintain 40+ cold-calls per day
  • Multitasking, structured
  • Autonomous, self-starter, tech-savvy
  • Flexibility to contribute to of our effort to be open 7/7, 9 to 9
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR
  • Nice to Have (not required): Real Estate experience/license, car/motorbike license.
