We are looking for a new business oriented sales associate. In this sales oriented role you are able to combine your knowledge of digital sales and of business development, and bring that directly to the clients. You'll be helping companies reach their highest potential in digital sales.
To be successful in this role, you're comfortable picking up the phone, enthusiastic about creating proposals, and genuinely interested in other people. From us you'll get a supportive team and access to the best talent in digital commerce business.

You are a recent (or soon to be) graduate and have possibly worked 1-2 years in the digital field. We don’t expect you to have years and years of experience - lots of positive energy and a “getting things done” attitude is the winning combination.
You are socially intelligent and good at connecting with people. Small talk has always been easy for you and get energy from meeting new people. Beyond the small talk, you’re able to cut away the bullshit and get to the point. Earning people’s trust is a no-brainer for you.
By nature, you are analytical and like to solve problems. You are able to bring clarity to uncertain and chaotic situations. You are ambitious and results-oriented in everything you do, but you like to have fun as well.
You have an academic background in areas of business or technology. Preferably your studies have been a combination of these both.
You understand the digital transformation and its effects on big and small companies. Experience from digital service development and digital consulting, sales in an agency environment and ecommerce settings are considered beneficial, but not a must. It is a huge plus if you understand the basics of programming and software development.

Note: In order to be successful in this role, you should have native-level proficiency in Finnish language as well as excellent written and oral skills in English.
