Job Description

The successful candidate will work with senior leaders across the business to set the long-term strategy for our UX team and help design an experience and a roadmap that customers love. In accomplishing this objective, you will have the opportunity to develop insightful recommendations supported by first-person research and deep data analysis. In addition to the long term customer experience strategy, this role will be responsible to provide weekly & monthly strategic, operational, systems, and analytical updates for Senior Management.

In This Role, You'll Get To: 

- Design and own our Customer Success reporting

- Perform deep quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover challenges and opportunities in renewing and selling to customers

- Work with stakeholders to develop and execute on strategic initiatives that accelerate growth and front-line employee effectiveness

- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Services, Business Operations, and Finance to establish and improve business processes

- Develop creative data collection methodologies that enable insightful analysis

- Relentlessly work to ensure data and business process quality

We Are Looking For People Who Have: 

- 2+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of success; industry experience in sales, customer operations, or management consulting preferred

- Experience modeling with BI applications 

- Expert knowledge of SQL required

- Strong business consulting, analytical, organisational, and project management skills

- The skills to develop advanced data models that produce actionable insights

- Experience cleaning and linking complicated data sets from various sources 

- The ability to facilitate cross-organisational collaboration to drive actionable and measurable results

- The ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Experience with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, HubSpot CRM

- B.A. or B.S. degree (An M.B.A. is a plus)
