For us the customer success is one of the key elements in our story. For us Customer Success means that hotels and meeting planners love our solution, get significant ROI and keep on renewing their contract with us.

Now we need YOU to take the Customer Success team to the next level. You will have an international team to lead in our headquarters in Espoo, Finland as well as working closely with our global sales team. Your aim is to grow your team both in numbers and professionally. You will develop and improve the processes with a vision.

Any experience from SaaS business as well as the hospitality industry is considered in favor. 

We are looking for YOU if:

• You are fluent in english and you love to work in international team

• Your passion is to help people and grow with them

• You have experience of client success management with a SaaS product

• Because the world is constantly changing, you need to reinvent yourself all the time.

• You are proactive and want to improve constantly - the attitude to do world class things

• Your strengths are in motivating and inspiring your team and being flexible
