Motosumo is looking for an experienced consultative and determined Junior Sales/Key Account Manager to join their outstanding busy and growing team with the opportunity to help bring a new mobile technology to a dynamic fitness market ready for digitalisation. The successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer service to their existing clients and have the abilities to liaise with new customers, carry out a wide range of organisational and administrative tasks whilst working closely and confidently with staff, customers, and suppliers.`


Key Responsibilities:

The responsibility of the Junior Sales/Key Account Manager is to consistently win new, and retain existing accounts with companies globally; ensuring a high level of service is given to all customers whilst meeting business requirements. You will also be responsible for:

  • Actively seeking, generating and developing new business and growing the account base
  • Managing and increasing sales by maintaining and developing customer accounts
  • Continually maximising profit through effective account management
  • Achieving individual sales targets and managing each of your customer accounts to the agreed level
  • Pre- and post-sales support to customers. Using Motosumo CRM systems, working procedures, processes to manage accounts through the full sales lifecycle providing an excellent level of service to all customers


Knowledge and Experience:

  • A proven sales professional with experience in a B2B sales environment with strong direct sales and negotiation experience - sales experience within the fitness industry and/or with subscription based SAAS sales an advantage
  • Strong pipeline management skills and the ability to balance short-term wins with long-term gains and ability to meet set targets
  • New business experience with a proven track record of generating and closing high value deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong presentation skills and proven experience presenting to and negotiating with key decision makers
