You'll be our first non-technical hire. You'll be responsible for creating and executing on a variety of customer centric projects, on ad-hoc and ongoing basis. You will report directly to the co-founders. You will have plenty of sparring, but we expect you to work independently.
Your tasks will primarily be account management, sales, and a community building. You'll also be expected to jump on any other ad-hoc tasks that pop up. Like the rest of the team, you'll wear many hats! You will be the point of contact for many of our high-value customer from the get go, so we're expecting that you can hold your own customers from entry to C-level.
The role is part time (10-15h/week), but could easily turn into a full time job.
❥ Are currently studying, a recent graduate, or never started (there's no degree called "relating to customers" so we're agnostic about what your diploma says.)
❥ Love talking to people (our customers are high-touch!)
❥ Are interested in kickstarting your career in tech or consulting (we always help alums find great next chapters).
❥ Enjoy having free reins, and plenty of smart colleagues to spar with.
❥ Prioritize learning above most other things.
❥ Want to do good work in an informal environment, with really nice and smart people.
❥ Speak fluent Danish (sorry, we don't like this either, but our customers don't like speaking English).
