We understand that gifting is a personal engagement between sender and receiver, thus we do our best to take care of post-sale services, ensuring a smooth fulfillment of gifting experience. We are growing fast and aiming to become the No. 1 Gifting Platform in Southeast Asia.

  • Manages daily e-commerce operations related tasks (e.g. basic helpdesk support, monitor order fulfillment status, and support queries from both sellers and customers)
  • Act as a front liner of the company by managing both seller and customers to enable sales
  • Manage e-commerce tools and ensure data of products listed are accurate
  • Work and coordinate with the team to resolve problems

  • Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Commerce, Entrepreneurship Development or equivalent
  • Min. 6 months - 2 years working experience
  • Able to multitask, analytical and detailed oriented
  • Love dealing with customers
  • Passionate to contribute and build a fun and belonging culture and working environment
  • Comfortable with fast paced working environment and interested in startups as well as e-commerce.
  • Self driven and full of energy
  • Hardworking and have a positive approach when dealing with challenging problems
