Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Customer Operations Executive!

The role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism to complete the task. You should be well-organised, flexible and enjoy the challenge of delivering on time. Fantastic communication skills with an eye for details are crucial for this role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Document user support processes and FAQs. and work on continuous process improvement
  • Manage all user queries coming in from various platforms which include but are not limited to online chats, calls and emails
  • Work closely with the Operations Team to manage user expectations
  • Generate and analyse user experience reports for service monitoring and improvement
  • Share your insights on the user experience report with the team
