Internship Business Development

Job Description

Who we’re looking for

While the title of this role is "Business Development (Intern)", you will need to be able to wear a few hats. You should be comfortable with proactively reach out to potential customers through a high volume of emails, preparing customer demos, talking to customers, identifying and researching prospects via online channels (for example, LinkedIn and Clearbit), and identifying the needs of customers based on observation and interaction. We have excellent in-house customer prospecting and intelligence gathering technologies that you will work with day-to-day.

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You enjoy digging into the data, making your inferences and judgements, and delivering the best results.
  • You enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects.
  • You have some experience in a highly analytical role within a high-growth company or feel genuinely passionate about data and crunching numbers.
  • You have a process-oriented mindset and ability to execute.
  • You excel in analytics and problem-solving.
  • You are scrappy and not afraid to work without a lot of structure.

Nice to have:

  • Technical background or affinities.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company.
  • Experience in the SaaS B2B space.

“Nice to have” means just that. It’s possible that you don’t have any of these and are still an excellent fit for the team.

Who you will work with

You will work directly with our engineers and product people. As a small organisation, your contribution will be significant, and your work will have a direct impact on our user experience, as well as the user experience of hundreds of thousands of our clients' users.

We’re looking for people interested in working in a fast, collaborative way where the expectations for each individual are very high.

To do well at Traitly, you must be a clear and effective communicator.

While we value education, we recognise that it is only part of a person's experience. Industry experience and proof of work are equally meaningful to us.

We’re very interested in building a team consisting of people with a wide range of experience, backgrounds, and interests.
