Job Description

We are looking for Nordic Technical Support Advisors to work for A well known American corporation which provides hardware (smart phone and tablets)/ software product services.  This role would be suitable for those interested in new technologies and an international environment. If you speak native Danish and you have a high level of English level, you are the perfect fit!

As the Technical Support Advisor, you will be

  • Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone
  • Providing customers with quotes and product knowledge
  • Handling effectively all incoming incidents
  • Gathering information from customers, troubleshoot technical issues


Conditions

  • Full-time (39hrs/week) and Indefinido Contract
  • Schedule: From 09:00 to 18:00, from Monday to Friday
  • Location: Barcelona Center

Requirements
