Effectively communicate the company’s products, services, and promotions to customers. Responsible for meeting, and exceeding monthly sales quota. Provides sales support to Outbound Key Account Managers. Proactively follow up with clients through phone calls and emails. Provide prompt, thorough, and courteous responses to all inbound clients, and connect them to an outbound key account manager when necessary. Doing inbound sales in office and making occasional business trips to Hong Kong and Singapore (at least twice a year). The Person: Excellent communication and phone etiquettes. Excellent command of English and Cantonese. Passionate about telesales environment, customer relations, sales and marketing. Sales driven, results oriented, assertive yet patient with a high degree of perseverance. Positive attitude, thinks out of the box and always see the big picture.
