Gross monthly salary of 2150 EUR base plus 8% holiday pay – based on 40 hours Full time paid training 26 days holiday per year on a full time basis Quarterly bonus plan 20% extra pay for hours worked after 7pm, 60% for hours at the weekend, and 80% for hours after 7pm at weekends.
