Now, we need help to bring these products and stories to life (both physically and online) through compelling and engaging visual content! This is where we need you and your creative, aesthetic mind. With 24/7 support from our Art Director, the partners and the rest of the team, you will get to be a central part of creating the visual content of LARSEN & ERIKSEN and make it come to life through visual content. We are a small, ambitious and international team offering an informal, energetic and open-minded atmosphere at our office located in the heart of charming Frederiksberg. Our working environment is 200% down-to-earth and we highly believe that the best results arise from having flexibility, fun and freedom. In other terms: We strive to play, not to work. Now, we need help to make these products and projects come to (digital) life by establishing a kick-ass online setup. This is where we need you and your visions. With 24/7 support from the partners (and the rest of our awesome team), you will get to be in charge of optimizing and - if necessary - redefining the online setup of LARSEN & ERIKSEN.   Duties & Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the overall digital strategy and ensure that it is implemented across all teams Build the amount of (good) traffic to the website and create efficient conversion funnels Plan, develop and manage the trading, seasonal and promotional campaigns and ensure that they represent the brand effectively Optimise the website in order to improve the customer journey Build a strong and successful marketplace programme Develop a strong team of digital experts by monitoring and providing assistance to the managers and founders Create cutting-edge CRM and Social Media strategies which will differentiate the company from its competitors whilst also driving conversions   Desired Skills: Proven experience within a similar role is vital Experience within the design/lifestyle/fashion industry is preferred Confident in reporting on performance and making recommendations for improvements Driven and enthusiastic with an entrepreneurial mind who can be creative and has a long term vision that will aid international expansion Focused and is committed with achieving and exceeding targets Have a supportive and encouraging nature and other important leadership skills Can prioritise and work across multiple tasks and channels when required Numerical and able to quantify facts and figures and able to use analytical tools such as Google Analytics to report and provide insight Experience managing budgets, PPC and SEO functions as well as affiliates and social media   The position is paid , the salary is based on past experience (and future results) and the weekly workload can be anywhere between 10-37 hours - pending on which setup works best for all parties.   We are a small, ambitious and international team offering an informal, energetic and open-minded atmosphere at our studio located in a cozy backhouse at Gammel Kongevej. Our working environment is ambitious but 200% down-to-earth, and we highly believe that the best results arise from having flexibility, fun and freedom. Now, we need help to bring these products and projects come to (digital) life by facilitating a kick-ass e-commerce setup. This is where we need you and your skills! With 24/7 support from our Head of E-Commerce and our partners (and the rest of our awesome team), you will get to play a central role in optimizing and (if necessary) redefining the E-Commerce setup of LARSEN & ERIKSEN. We have a wide variety of Digital Marketing activities lined up which we need help with - i.e. Display and Paid Social campaigns, SEO, Influencer/Affiliate Marketing. Thus, we are not only looking for one type of Digital Marketer. We are open to any type of person with any type of experience within Digital Marketing - as long as you are highly motivated and could see yourself creating impact in a setup like ours. Duties & Responsibilities: Work with the Head of Communications and Head of E-commerce to segment and target our customers effectively Identify and test opportunities with new partners and channels Brief the Head of Communications and Head of E-Commerce to ensure all creative content produced is distributed across the appropriate channels Monitor performance across all channels and use data to demonstrate return on investment and effective budget management Driving the SEO strategy and work with content producers to grow SEO value Create and carry out influencer marketing campaign Support the Head of Communications in executing marketing strategies that work across different channels Liaise directly with the entire team, including the Head of E-Commerce, to ensure a synchronized brand awareness strategy Manage the daily operations of User Acquisition, which include setting up, managing and optimizing ad campaigns Participate in the company strategy for growing LARSEN & ERIKSEN and UA budget allocation Desired Skills: You have some digital marketing experience either throughout your degree or work placement/internships You are comfortable with and have a passion for processing and analysing data You have a flexible approach to work, with good problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset You are comfortable working to deadlines in a fast paced environment You have excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads is a plus Photoshop skills would also be a plus We are a small, ambitious and international team offering an informal, energetic and open-minded atmosphere at our studio located in a cozy backhouse at Gammel Kongevej.
