An effective Advisor must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting Meneto’s services over the phone. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers. You’ll have daily contact over phone with our customer, who are mainly small- and medium-sized businesses looking for support with their accounting matters.  Specifically, you’ll: Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales  Answer questions about our services, convince customers of our service and win new customers Resolve customer issues and secure high customer satisfaction Help promote the company Handle all kind of incoming calls Arrange and execute product demonstrations over the phone with potential customers REQUIREMENTS As a person, you empathize easily with people and can build relationships quickly over the phone. You thrive to win new customers, enthuse them for our services and grow our business. You are outgoing, self-driven and have a general business acumen to be able to advice our customers on Meneto solutions.  You thrive in a dynamic work environment, are motivated by achieving targets and goals and to contribute to the development of our fast-paced technology company.  You have:  Near-native Danish language skills and conversational English language skills  Proven experience from a sales or customer service role An interest to further develop your knowledge about financial services and explain them to prospects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An ability to resolve issues and address complaints An ability to learn quickly and great collaboration skills A forward-thinking and hands-on approach Maintain the highest integrity and compliance in everything BENEFITS We are a dedicated team of Developers, Accounting Specialists and Advisors based in the most central part of Copenhagen, helping business owners making their life easier.
