We are looking for an experienced customer supporter, who can provide friendly and knowledgeable service to the customers of a brand new product, the Airbubbl. The ideal candidate is hardworking and a quick learner energized to make a significant contribution to developing our customer service department and assisting in operational tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: Provide first line customer support for the Airbubbl, Airlabs first consumer product, launching in UK and USA this Fall. Manage our Zendesk system to track inbounds and build up customer service knowledge base to efficiently solve current and future customer inquiries. Support in day to day operational tasks including placing orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining financial documentation. Support Head of Operations in ad hoc tasks as needed. Experience and Skills: Customer support – you have experience in technical service or support related positions with an emphasis on solving written tickets via email and chat on an online platform Excellent communication – both with customers as well as the Airlabs team and our external partners to solve problems as they arise Organized – you can work within systems keeping documentation organized and offer constructive suggestions for process improvement as we build up the support department Proactive problem solver– you can troubleshoot customer related issues engaging appropriate team members as needed Independent worker – you can receive a task and work independently to complete it, with minimal support A team player – you are outgoing, positive, and flexible, excited to take on challenges as they arise! Requirements: Currently located in Denmark Fluent in written and oral English. Proficient writing skills in other languages is a plus!
