At Coinify we are growing from a Start-up to a Scale-up company and therefore looking for an experienced Executive Assistant (and Office Manager) that would be an integral part of professionalising the Coinify business. As an Executive Assistant (and Office Manager) you will be responsible for high level assistance to the Coinify executive team and perform a broad variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be creative with high work ethic and will enjoy working in a results - driven environment.   Job responsibilities Managing multiple competing priorities daily, taking initiative to assist as issues arise and find/propose solutions to problems as they arise. Conserving executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information. Maintaining an extremely active calendar of appointments and travel arrangements and detailed itineraries for travel, meetings, agendas, and compiling documents for travel related matters. Accurately recording minutes from management meetings. Researching, extracting and compiling data for executive team on routine and special projects. Purchasing and maintenance of company office supplies. Coordinating office assistants’ shifts and workload. Setting up new hire employees and coordinate work-desk and computers. Assisting with event planning, set up and coordinate clean up. Performing general office clerk duties and errands.   Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years as an Executive Assistant Professional proficiency in English Must be proactive and open to working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and “can-do” attitude Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Must be able to manage multiple priorities concurrently Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Previous start-up experience is helpful, but not required Danish language is not a prerequisite   What we offer A full-time paid position with great variety of tasks and exposure to the executive management.
