Responsibilities: Manage customer lifecycle and segmentation Orchestrate with different channels (email, web push, FB messenger) Analyze and optimize user flow and run tests Maintain reports to the customer support team with data Main KPIs are Retention and WAU   Required Skills: Experience in Marketing/Product Analytics (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude) Experience in setting up and optimizing Email sequences Experience in A/B testing Experience using data analysis metrics such as AARRR, RFM, LTV, WAU Understanding of CRM and ABM approaches Written and spoken fluency in English   Preferred Experience: 3+ years of marketing and analytics experience. Preferably in large-numbers software or app. 2-4+ years of industry experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or product management. Unparalleled organizational, prioritization, collaboration, and communication skills Strong work ethic and constant desire to learn new technologies and skills
