We are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurship minded, Finnish speaking team player with minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales. Experience from consultative sales is highly appreciated, because your daily work will be to make decision makers aware and convinced about the benefits of using our groundbreaking outsourcing service and platform. You should be able to demonstrate to our customer target groups how our service is going to transform their business and bottom line. We have a strong inbound marketing team that you will be working in a close collaboration with. Our marketing team will actively produce sales enablement content and generate high quality leads so together you will build a growing sales pipeline. We are looking for a great team player and a strategic doer who feels passionate about optimizing sales processes and working together with marketing. You will also be a big part in scaling the sales team as we grow. You still get excited about calling the prospect for the first time, and at the same time creating value and growing our customer base is an obsession of yours. Taking the buyer through all stages of the sales process Qualifying and working with leads together with the marketing team Increasing customer satisfaction and retention and growing our current customers business Optimizing sales processes together with the sales & marketing team   What we expect from you:  A great team player with good people management skills Have an impressive track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets Have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in B2B Have fluent spoken and written Finnish and English. Swedish is a big plus!
