We want you to be a key player in a team that is building the product required to handle our rapid global growth. Our multidisciplinary team combines design, front-end and backend engineering. You will be also working closely with sales, customer support, strategy and naturally with our clients – both organizers and attendees. As a product manager at Brella, you’ll be involved in the product development process from start to finish. You’ll exercise full range of product and people management, strategic decision making and company wide communications on a daily basis. You’ll enjoy a high level of ownership of all our products. Key responsibilities: Communicate product strategy and implementation across all levels of the company  Define roadmap based on backlog and requests  Plan and follow execution of releases  Work together with the development team to manage and release new or updated product features and products  Use data and internal communication to make decisions  Understand event organizer and attendee needs through research, analytics, and communications with both parties  Use proper planning, scheduling, leadership and execution to ensure timely delivery of projects  Analyze business metrics and data to improve business growth  Be the center of communication and facilitate collaboration across teams  Make strategic decisions that promote meaningful product releases on sched ule ule What we expect: A skillset to define strategy and implementation for new features and iterations  Excellent communication skills and ability to discuss product decisions to stakeholders and the whole company at all levels  People management skills  Understanding of lean product development  Generalist attitude and good team skills  Ability to manage and work on multiple projects concurrently  Ability to lead projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches  Experience in building platforms is a plus  Experience in development and design is plus  Understanding of sales and customer support is a plus What we offer: Agility of a start-up with a focus on shipping long-term solutions (No cowboys) Fully funded medical coverage Five weeks of paid vacation Whatever equipment you need to get the work done Competitive salary & equity  Gym membership with breakfast and classes from spinning to yoga (gym located on bottom floor of office building)
