Do you want to be part of the next big Danish MedTech and Digital Health adventure and enable millions of people to live a better life? We are looking for an exceptional German-speaking "Marketing Manager". You will be taking charge of the launch and continued growth of Rehaler in the German-speaking markets and you must therefore feel just as comfortable shaking hands and building offline relations with migraine associations, offline distributors and key influencers as you do working with digital marketing and helping us set the direction for our online efforts. As an early joiner in the company you will be right in the middle of the action and work closely with the rest of the marketing and support team as well as design, strategy and engineering to find the optimal solutions for the sales & marketing efforts as well as the future development of the product and company. You must therefore also be ready to take on jobs and give input to things that might be somewhat outside your area of expertise.   What you will be doing: Develop and own the company’s marketing/customer acquisition strategy, marketing budget and revenue goals for the German-speaking markets Take the lead in creating, testing and optimizing new marketing and growth channels and initiatives Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to ensure alignment across online and offline channels Analyze campaign data, find critical insights and draft recommendations Constantly be working on PR for Rehaler across main stream and niche media channels Developing close relationships with key influencers, migraine associations and doctors  Help set up offline sales through pharmacies   What you bring: You love talking to people! You must be outgoing and an excellent communicator as you will be the main spokesperson and spend a large portion of your time talking to patients, distributors, designers, investors, bloggers and main stream media Highly structured, data driven and capable of strategic thinking, with the ability to put it into writing in a well-thought-out plan A hands-on approach – We expect you to solve problems and get things done, no matter the obstacles, both alone but also in collaboration with the rest of the team A deep insight and passion for everything sales, marketing and growth related Excellent ability to communicate German. Your writing especially must be flawless.
