As Product and Development Manager, entrepreneur and developer for almost 14 years, I can offer you an experienced player and co-ownership in the company, which has a prototype version 1.0 (SaaS) that has been developed through a couple of years and where I am right now looking for capital to develop version 2.0, which is a feedback and marketing tool that is expected to be put into production by the fall of 2019. The product (the company) has recently been on springboard at Connect Denmark. Therefore, you must first and foremost help to create Proof of Business and you will be primarily responsible for sales in Denmark, but an internationalization phase is planned during the third year of the business. You must also help to pitch, when searching capital from investors. You do not need to have experience in pitching, but it will be an advantage if you've tried it before. You can become a part of the business in one of the following 3 ways: You buy ownership - the more money you are willing to invest the greater ownership You work for ownership acording to a Sweat Equity agreement that we jointly draw You buy some shares and work for the remaning end up shares after a "Sweat Equity" agreement.
