Will you help our Customers with maximizing their Success with Influencer Marketing?? Woomio is expanding. We’re growing rapidly . Every week we have new customers join our journey. But we need YOUR help! Since our aim and goals are to provide excellent customer success, support and be sure we are there for our hard working customers, we need to expand our team with a dedicated Customer Success person. "we need YOUR help!" We are expecting you to be service minded , supportive and solution oriented, with a flair for SaaS , Software or other technical application services , where you will be the person responsible for answering various questions from our clients, always with a positive mindset.  The Customer Success role is one of the most important and critical roles in maintaining our good track record of low churn and happy customers. You will also be responsible for the training and onboarding of our customers, and in the future help organize events and workshops.   Language skills Danish, perfect in oral and in writing English, good in oral and in writing Fluency in 3rd language (German, Norwegian, Swedish or Finish is a +)   Previous Experience ++ if you have done support or customer service in SaaS, B2B or other software companies before ++ if you have a good knowledge of SoMe and the Influencer Landscape   Contact;  Nikolaj Skarbye CSO & Partner
